Charity for Civil Servants – Mental Health & Wellbeing conference

Join the Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference 2026, taking place online from 5–9 October, bringing together more than 20 free sessions designed around life’s different moments.

Looking after your wellbeing, at every stage of life

Brought to you by the Charity for Civil Servants in partnership with the Government People Group and headline partner Accenture UK, the conference features specialists, practitioners and people with lived experience.

Retirement brings new freedoms and opportunities, but it can also prompt important questions about identity, purpose, health, caring responsibilities and staying connected. The Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference 2026 explores the experiences that shape our lives, offering practical advice, expert insight and compassionate conversation.

Across the week, you can choose from more than 20 online sessions covering topics such as resilience, grief and bereavement, men’s health, navigating AI, mindfulness, and wellbeing in retirement.

Whether you’re enjoying retirement, preparing for it, supporting a partner or family member still in the Civil Service, or managing caring responsibilities, you’ll find sessions that offer practical guidance, reassurance and fresh perspectives. The programme explores how to adapt to life’s transitions, maintain wellbeing, strengthen resilience and access help when needed.

As conference speaker Ayati Mind puts it:

“Some of the most important conversations about mental health are still the hardest to have.”

You don’t need to attend the whole conference. Simply choose the sessions most relevant to you and join as many as you like. Explore the programme and register here
