Members should quote their membership number at the outset. The service is for the benefit of members and their spouses in England and Wales. The service is limited to "one-off" telephone advice and is provided free of charge to members. The service does not extend to further advice or help beyond the "one-off" telephone call and is designed primarily to point members in the right direction. Why not give it a try?
